We’ve also partnered with J. J. Keller to make sure every driver—whether CDL or non-CDL—is properly trained and operating within FMCSA regulations. Our number one goal is to prioritize your safety on the road while helping you build a business with long term potential.

Driver Requirements:
- Must be at least 24 years of age (insurance requirement)
- Must possess a valid CDL or state driver’s license (as applicable to CDL/non-CDL operations)
- Must pass a DOT drug test prior to operating under 365 Hotshot LLC
- Must be medically qualified under 49 CFR Part 391, Subpart E, and provide a valid DOT medical card
- Must consent to and pass random, post-accident, and reasonable suspicion drug and alcohol testing
- Must have a clean MVR (Motor Vehicle Report) and no disqualifying offenses per FMCSA standards
- Must be registered in the FMCSA Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse (CDL drivers only)
- Must comply with all FMCSA rules related to Hours of Service, ELD usage, load securement, and recordkeeping
- Must complete a road test and meet the requirements under 49 CFR §391.31
- Must speak and read English well enough to safely operate a CMV and comply with federal regulations
- Must remain in compliance with ALL FMCSA regulations
